- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Carol Y Wyse DO is a GREEDY doctor. She would give me a prescription for one month then charge me $15 to call in the refill every month. She would change my prescription and then charge me to call it in. Wonder if she changed my prescriptions just to get more cash off of me. She is a rip off artist!!!!!!!!! I paid in full for all of my visits and then would receive bills for more services not covered by insurance. RIP OFF!!!!!November 20, 2017by Leili Russo
